jk9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jk9 ("jk9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jk9 online gaming platform available at jk9.vin, including all associated games, services, promotional offers, and support facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the jk9 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. jk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Key Platform Policies

1. Player Eligibility

Access to the jk9 Platform and all real-money gaming services is conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full. jk9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.

• 2You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a jk9 player account.
• 3You must register using your own genuine personal details. The use of false, incomplete, or third-party personal information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 4You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement — either through jk9 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• 5You must use the Platform for your own personal recreational purposes only. Using jk9 on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one jk9 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. jk9 employs automated and manual screening processes to detect duplicate account activity.

Account Credentials

Your jk9 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jk9 will never ask you to share your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — is your sole responsibility.

Account Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. jk9 may ask you to re-verify your identity at any point during the account lifecycle if existing records become outdated or if unusual account activity is detected.

jk9 does not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access was facilitated by the player's own failure to protect their credentials. Players who suspect unauthorised access must contact jk9 support immediately and change their password without delay.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your jk9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is formally closed. Accounts closed at the player's request may be re-opened subject to re-verification of identity and eligibility, provided no self-exclusion is in effect.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jk9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jk9 does not accept foreign currency deposits. All payments are processed through authorised payment channels operated by the player in their own name; payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to source.

Deposits

jk9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:

• 1Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's jk9 balance in real time in the majority of cases.
• 2Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer than mobile wallet deposits and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant banking institution.
• 3Card payments via Visa and Mastercard where supported by the player's issuing bank. Card deposits are subject to the same minimum deposit threshold and are processed in BDT. jk9 does not store full card details on its own servers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• 1Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit (matched payment rule). jk9 does not transfer winnings to a different account or payment method than the one used to fund the account.
• 2KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 (or equivalent) will be processed. Players who have not completed KYC at the time of a qualifying withdrawal request will be asked to submit documentation before the withdrawal is released.
• 3Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is 30 to 60 minutes from the time of request approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jk9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the terms set out in this section and in any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jk9 carry wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g. 20x) applied to the bonus amount.

General Bonus Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all jk9 bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts, different payment details, or through any other method designed to circumvent the one-per-player rule will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. If a player attempts to withdraw before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement, jk9 reserves the right to remove the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus credit that remains unused beyond the validity period will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• jk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. jk9 also reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim a bonus from any player who is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other activity that jk9 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jk9 Platform are provided by third-party software studios operating under their own regulatory certifications. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems at the provider level and are not influenced or controlled by jk9. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider and are available in the game information section of each game.

Prohibited Gameplay Conduct

The following gameplay behaviours are strictly prohibited on jk9 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; and any form of fraud or cheating. jk9 monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to void bets and winnings where prohibited conduct is identified.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, jk9 and its game providers will endeavour to resume the game from its last confirmed state. Where a game round cannot be resumed and the outcome cannot be confirmed, the game provider's disconnection policy will apply and any unresolved wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. jk9 is not liable for losses attributable to network interruptions or device failures outside jk9's control.

Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets on jk9 are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In general: all bets are final once confirmed; live bets are subject to the state of play at the time the bet is accepted; and jk9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error. Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed within each market at the time of bet placement.

6. Responsible Gaming

jk9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from any player account without the need to contact support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and session duration limits; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

Players who apply a self-exclusion to their jk9 account will be restricted from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. jk9 will make reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion across its marketing and promotional channels; however, jk9 cannot guarantee the interception of all communications during this period and players are encouraged to use third-party blocking tools as a supplementary measure. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied; requests to lift a self-exclusion before its scheduled end will not be actioned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jk9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the jk9 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of jk9.

The game content displayed on jk9 is provided under licence from the respective game studios and publishers. All game-related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. jk9 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jk9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jk9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without prejudice to the above, jk9 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any failure, interruption, or delay in the provision of the Platform caused by events beyond jk9's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government authority.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcome data transmitted by a third-party game provider where such inaccuracy is outside jk9's knowledge or control at the time the relevant game is played.
• Losses incurred by a player as a result of their own gambling decisions, including decisions made during bonus wagering, in-play betting, or any other gaming activity conducted on the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• 1The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, providing false registration details, or engaging in prohibited gameplay conduct.
• 2jk9 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, jk9 may freeze the account balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
• 3The player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jk9 following a formal verification request. Accounts pending KYC will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
• 4The player becomes subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, a court order, or any other legal restriction that prevents them from legally participating in online gaming.

Where an account is closed by jk9 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance (i.e. deposits not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to jk9.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jk9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jk9 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jk9's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. jk9 operates an internal dispute resolution process; players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
